The apocalypse is best prevented in κοινότητα – kinotita – community.

In these weeks of stillness, it is easy to get lost in our anxiety and future fears. Many of us are frustrated and scared, which can feel incredibly alienating and paralysing.

K I N O T I T A is our communal combat against solitude and cabin fever. We have created a residency to get you out of bed and help you structure your day. If you’re in home office, we encourage you to take time for yourself and participate in our sessions when taking breaks.

Through a series of yoga and dance classes for the body + workshops for the mind & soul, we explore healing through art. We imagine alternative realities, look to the heavens for guidance and into ourselves for creative resistance. In K I N O T I T A we brace ourselves for the new world, with all its good & bad.
